Y.E.P. works with partners such as U.S. Forest Service, the Bureau of Land Management, Wildlife fish and Game, and more to be able to provide a skill set to individuals. While doing this, the individuals that work for Y.E.P. are able to learn about both conservation and recreational related topics.

Using donated and purchased equipment Y.E.P. is able to expose individuals to a career as a welder. Y.E.P. teaches the basics of welding in a hands-on learning environment, which allows for a memorable and valuable experience.
